By keeping track of what foods you eat on a daily basis you can see patterns of good or bad nutritional choices made daily. Expecting Nutrition will not only help you keep track of your nutritional intake but also make it easy to share your information with your health care professionals. Not easy to navigate. Limited Food choices - both generic and popular brands. Doesnt chart fruit, vegetable, protein servings each day.
There are free apps out there that keep track of how much h20 you have drank and how many calories you should be taking in.
I was hoping for an app that is easy to use to track my water, vitamins,exercise and food intake during pregnancy and Im not finding this app easy enough. Too complicated to enter food, for example why do you need to enter a brand name for an egg, an egg is an egg! Also water intake could be much simpler and I found a better app for that, but was hoping for something that could include everything in one place.
Saw really good reviews for this app online so i purchased. Limited menu items to choose from that take way to long to find. Not worth the money and totally disappointed.
I bought this app and it wont even open tried numerous times without any success :(
